Log into your SpecializedRx account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your items in their original box with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

Ship the Items

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
